Fred Engelfried founded FS2 Training, LLC (FS2) in 2011. FS2 focuses on the interface between fitness, survival and self-defense and how these pursuits ignite a spirit of vitality and preparedness for life.

Laura Varney is a FS2 trainer specializing in weight loss, body sculpting, strength training and HIIT. Laura started playing tennis at the age of 8 with USTA and continued through high school.
