50 MIN EXCLUSIVES
Our one-on-one training delivers the most specialized training instruction available in the industry. Careful attention is given to evaluate your strengths, develop your weaknesses, and create the perfect challenge for you. Each workout is specifically tailored to your body and therefore achieves optimum results.
30 MIN INTENSIVES
30 minute intensive training is geared for high performance. Warm up before your session, then come prepared to excel. We don't waste a second of our time together. We motivate you, challenge you and support you through no non-sense workouts designed to torch fat and tone muscle.
Small group training inspires you to work hard in a focused environment while sharing the laughter and rewards with friends. Training sessions are available for groups of 2 (Tandem) to 4 (Small Group).
