Jillian Hanks started playing soccer at age 4 and has participated in all aspects of the game from player, coach, and referee. While soccer has always been the main focal point of her fitness career, she has participated in a variety of types of fitness from running, dance, yoga, and kickboxing.
Jill moved to Los Angeles in 2010, after graduating from CSU Stanislaus with her BA in Communication Studies and minor in Journalism. Throughout college, Jill worked at the local daily newspaper, The Modesto Bee, as a Newsroom Assistant and fill-in reporter. During her senior year, she completed an internship with Women’s Professional Soccer corporate office during their inaugural season. Along with reporting on games, Jill managed the social media accounts and main website.
After moving to LA, Jill has worked with two startups: a software company and digital agency. Through these positions, she has developed HTML and CSS coding skills, studied UX, and worked closely with developers and quality assurance specialists as a business analyst.
With FS2, Jill fulfills the digital role, managing the website, social media accounts, and special projects.
